Employment Type: Part-time (30 hours and 20 hours available), Temp to Permanent

Job Description

Are you passionate about making a positive impact on children and young people’s lives? We are seeking a dedicated part-time Residential Support Worker to join our team supporting the development and well-being of children aged 8 to 18 years with Autism Spectrum and complex needs.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of a new home, helping to create a nurturing environment from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing high-quality care and support to children and young people in a residential setting.
  • Assisting with daily routines, activities, and skill development to promote independence.
  • Building positive relationships and fostering a safe, supportive environment.
  • Supporting children with their emotional, behavioural, and educational needs.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • A full UK driving licence.
  • A genuine passion for working with children and young people with complex needs.
  • No specific qualifications are required, but a caring attitude and commitment are essential.
  • Willingness to undertake DBS and reference checks in line with government regulations.
