Job Description
Are you passionate about making a positive impact on children and young people’s lives? We are seeking a dedicated part-time Residential Support Worker to join our team supporting the development and well-being of children aged 8 to 18 years with Autism Spectrum and complex needs.
This is a unique opportunity to be part of a new home, helping to create a nurturing environment from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing high-quality care and support to children and young people in a residential setting.
- Assisting with daily routines, activities, and skill development to promote independence.
- Building positive relationships and fostering a safe, supportive environment.
- Supporting children with their emotional, behavioural, and educational needs.
Requirements & Qualifications
- A full UK driving licence.
- A genuine passion for working with children and young people with complex needs.
- No specific qualifications are required, but a caring attitude and commitment are essential.
- Willingness to undertake DBS and reference checks in line with government regulations.
