We are seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join a leading specialist provider in supporting children and young people. Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care and support to children and young people aged 8 to 18 with Autistic Spectrum and complex needs.
- Assist in creating a safe, welcoming, and stimulating environment for residents.
- Support children and young people in developing life skills, independence, and confidence.
- Follow individual care plans and contribute to their ongoing development.
- Participate in rota shifts, including early, late, and sleep-in duties.

Requirements
