Working with an established children's residential care provider to find them a new Operations Manager. You will be joining a specialist provider based in the Lancashire area. The homes support children and young people with EBD, challenging behaviours, autism, and learning disabilities. You will oversee 3 homes, 2 of which are currently open and rated GOOD by OFSTED.
Salary: £60,000 DOE, plus a car or car allowance and bonuses.
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9-5, with on call duties.
Responsibilities:
- Offer strategic support and care to Registered Managers
- Report into the Service Director and work alongside the other Operations Manager
- Liaise with MDT
- Ensure all homes are safe and effective in supporting children and young people
- Line manage Registered Managers
- Assist with recruitment
- Assist with referrals
- Assist with safeguarding issues
- Develop services
- Assist with the opening of new homes
- Manage home budgets
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 5 Leadership and Management
- Senior management experience desirable or proven track record as an RM
- Driving licence
