In this role, you will support young individuals facing challenges such as anger management, absconding, and criminal behaviours, helping them develop independence and social skills within a nurturing environment.

The SEN Residential Support Worker will play a vital part in delivering high-quality, tailored care in a safe residential setting, ensuring each young person’s unique needs are met with patience and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide 1:1 or 2:1 support to young people with complex needs, including those exhibiting challenging behaviours
  • Assist with personal care and daily living activities
  • Implement and follow individualised care plans to meet each young person’s specific needs
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of young people at all times
  • Support young people’s engagement with education and personal development programs
Requirements
  • Passion for working with young people with complex needs

  • Current Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Right to work in the UK
