About the Role
This school is a specialist school for children with SEMH. As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) working in alternative provision, you will play a crucial role in supporting students to manage their behavioural challenges whilst supporting and nurturing them in the classroom. Your main focus will be to support the students with English and English literacy, working on phonics. You will work closely with teachers, the SENCO, and other professionals to develop and implement behaviour management strategies and provide targeted support.
