Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support to residents in nursing and residential homes
- Use manual handling equipment safely and effectively
- Assist in implementing individual care and treatment plans
- Offer companionship and emotional support to residents
- Maintain a high standard of hygiene and safety in all care activities
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months experience in healthcare or social care
- Experience with manual handling equipment in a live environment (training provided)
- Compassionate attitude and a desire to improve residents’ quality of life
- Right to work in the UK
- Ability to deliver holistic and therapeutic care to people with dementia
