Key Responsibilities
- Provide therapeutic care and support to residents with Autism and complex needs
- Observe, monitor, and record residents’ conditions accurately
- Treat each individual with dignity, compassion, and honesty
- Assist residents through a care pathway to promote independence
- Work collaboratively with a team of multi‑professionals to deliver personalised care
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months’ experience working within a social care setting
- Empathetic, caring, and resilient nature
- Hold a current Enhanced DBS on the updated service or willingness to obtain one
- Possess a full UK driving licence
- Have the right to work in the UK
- Ability to pay for practical training (PBM, Manual Handling, Buccal) unless already certified
- Willingness to complete online training (free of charge)
