Job Title: Dual Registered Manager

Location: Lymington, Hampshire

Salary: Competitive (DOE) per annum

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading the operational management of both homes, ensuring consistently high standards of care and safeguarding.
  • Ensuring compliance with the Children’s Homes Regulations 2015 and Quality Standards 2015, including maintaining an up-to-date Statement of Purpose.
  • Developing and supporting staff through induction, supervision, appraisal, training plans, and effective communication systems.
  • Promoting partnership working with children, families, internal teams, and external agencies to achieve the best outcomes.
  • Implementing the organisation’s care ethos and model (including PACE / DDP) across practice and culture.
  • Managing staffing resources, including participation in an out-of-hours on-call rota, and overseeing budgets and operational targets.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • A relevant Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent recognised qualification).
  • Proven leadership experience within a children’s residential care setting, including managing teams and service delivery.
  • Strong knowledge of safeguarding, inspections, and regulatory compliance.
  • Ability to lead with professionalism, resilience, and a child-centred approach, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
