In this role, you will work in inclusive educational settings, including ALN units, to support pupils with a range of Additional Learning Needs (ALN). You will assist classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons and provide 1:1 and small group support in areas such as literacy, numeracy, and wellbeing. Supporting pupils with autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, SEMH needs, speech and language difficulties, and complex physical or medical needs will be a vital part of your responsibilities.

Candidates with Level 2 or Level 3 qualifications in childcare, education, or supporting teaching and learning are desirable.
