What You'll Be Doing:

  • Working closely with teachers to support the learning and development of individual pupils and small groups.
  • Providing hands-on assistance during classroom activities to ensure all students can access the curriculum.
  • Fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment where every child feels valued.
  • Supporting pupils with their social, emotional, and behavioural development.
  • Assisting with the preparation of resources and materials.
  • Providing valuable feedback on pupil progress to the class teacher.

Who We're Looking For:

  • A candidate with a genuine passion for working with children.
  • Someone with excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
  • A patient, adaptable, and proactive individual who can thrive in a dynamic school setting.
  • Ideally, you will have experience working in a primary school, and a relevant qualification in childcare or education would be a bonus.

Details & Benefits:

  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm
  • Pay Rate: £88.92 per day
  • Location: Pembrokeshire
