Responsibilities
- Registered Manager – Responsible for the safe and effective management of a children's home
- Support children and young people with EBD and challenging behaviours
- Work with the RI to ensure the service is compliant with OFSTED and company standards
- The service is currently rated Good by OFSTED
- Manage, recruit, develop and supervise staff team, ensuring all children have child-focused support, creating positive outcomes
- Manage safeguarding concerns
- Manage the home's budget
