Children's Home Deputy Manager – Ormskirk. Widnes based home. Home specialises in supporting children and young people with EBD and challenging behaviours. The home can support up to 2 children. The home is currently rated GOOD by OFSTED.

Responsibilities

  • The deputy will work alongside the Registered Manager to ensure the home is safe and effective in providing support to children and young people.
  • The deputy will deputise as the manager when the RM is absent.
  • Support with managing and recruiting staff team.

Contract Details

  • Full-time, permanent contract
  • 2 on, 4 off, with admin days
  • £16.60 p/h + £60 per sleep

Requirements

  • NVQ level 3/4 in children and young people
  • Team Leader or Deputy Management experience
  • Driver
