Overview
Location: Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, UK
Salary: Up to £75,000 + car + bonuses
Responsibilities:
- Oversee five residential children’s homes, ensuring all meet OFSTED guidelines
- Support the opening of new services and oversee existing operations
- Register as Responsible Individual for the services
- Line manage Registered Managers across all homes
- Work closely with the Director and administrative teams to ensure effective service delivery
- Lead on safeguarding concerns and ensure the safety of children and staff
- Manage budgets and resources efficiently
- Ensure all homes, which are EBD (Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties) homes with 2-4 beds, operate within legal and regulatory frameworks
Qualifications:
- Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management
- Proven experience in operations management or as an outstanding Registered Manager within children’s services
- Strong understanding of OFSTED regulations and safeguarding procedures
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with senior management and external agencies
- Valid driving licence and the ability to travel between sites in Nottingham and Derby
This role is a full-time, contract position working Monday to Friday, with a salary range of £65,000 to £75,000 depending on experience. The package includes a company car and performance-based bonuses.
