We are working with an established children's residential care provider to find them a new Operations Manager. You will be joining a children’s residential care specialist based in the Leeds area. The homes support children and young people with EBD, challenging behaviours, Autism, and learning disabilities.

Salary: £60,000 DOE, + a car or car allowance, + £3,000 starting bonus

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9-5, + on call duties

Location: Leeds and central Yorkshire

Responsibilities:

  • Offer strategic support and care to Registered Managers
  • Report into the Service Director and work alongside the other Operations Manager
  • Liaise with MDT
  • Ensure all homes are safe and effective in supporting children and young people
  • Line manage Registered Managers
  • Assist with recruitment
  • Assist with referrals
  • Assist with safeguarding issues
  • Develop services
  • Assist with the opening of new homes
  • Manage home budgets

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 5 Leadership and Management
  • Senior management experience is desirable, or a proven track record as an RM
  • Driving Licence
