Part-time Responsible Individual (RI) - Children's EBD Home, Worksop (£350 - £550/Day)
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Director to launch and guide this new EBD home.
- Formally register as the Responsible Individual for the children's home.
- Assist with the opening of the new service.
- Ensure the home is consistently fit for purpose.
- Guarantee the service meets all OFSTED guidelines and standards.
- Support the Registered Manager (RM) with recruitment and safeguarding.
- Implement essential policies and procedures.
- Line manage the Registered Manager.
Contract & Compensation
- This is a part-time, self-employed contract, requiring approximately 1 day per week.
- You will receive a day rate between £350 - £550.
- An immediate start is available.
Requirements
- NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management.
- Proven experience as a Responsible Individual is essential.
- A valid Driving Licence.
