Are you an experienced and ambitious leader ready to launch and establish a brand-new EBD service in Nottingham? We are seeking a dedicated Registered Children's Home Manager who is passionate about creating an exceptional therapeutic environment.
Your Key Responsibilities
- OFSTED Registration: Formally register with OFSTED as the manager for the new service.
- Compliance & Safety: Work closely with the Responsible Individual (RI) to ensure the home is safe, effective, and meets all OFSTED and company standards.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, manage, and develop the staff team, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Operational Management: Take charge of managing home budgets and the referral process.
Requirements
- Qualification: An NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management (or equivalent) is essential.
