Responsibilities
- Provide care and support to individuals with autism and complex needs
- Observe, monitor, and document residents’ progress with care and dignity
- Encourage and assist residents in developing independent living skills
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Requirements
- Level 3 in Residential Childcare is Essential - candidates without this will not be considered
- A strong desire to create positive outcomes for children and young adults with learning disabilities
- An empathetic, caring, and resilient approach
- At least 6 months of experience in a UK social care setting
- An Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
- The right to work in the UK
- A valid driving license and access to a car (essential due to rural location)
