Vetro Education is seeking an experienced and dedicated Welsh Speaking Primary School Teacher to join a Primary School in the Newport Area. This role supports learners across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, and we are looking for a Welsh Speaking Primary School Teacher who is confident working with primary-aged pupils and committed to raising attainment. Key Responsibilities:- Deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned teaching as a Welsh Speaking Primary School Teacher in the Newport Area
- Plan and teach lessons for Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 learners
- Support pupils’ progress through effective assessment and feedback
- Maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment that supports learning needs
- Work collaboratively with school staff to ensure consistent standards
- Contribute to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing in line with school policies
- Qualified teacher status (or relevant teaching qualification) suitable for primary teaching
- Experience teaching in Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 as a Welsh Speaking Primary School Teacher
- Welsh speaking ability to support classroom practice and pupil engagement
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Ability to work full time or part time, Monday to Friday (8:30am–3:30pm)
- Commitment to high standards of teaching and learning in the Newport Area
