This leading specialist provider seeks a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to oversee autism support services in Neath, Wales. The successful candidate will ensure high‑quality care for autistic adults, fostering a culture of inclusion, well‑being, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the delivery of a regulated autism support service in Neath, Wales.
- Foster a positive, values‑driven team environment to support staff retention and development.
- Collaborate with HR and regional leadership to build a resilient and motivated team of Support Workers.
- Monitor service performance through digital dashboards and data analysis to inform continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding policies, regulatory standards, and autism‑specific frameworks such as SPELL, PBS, and TEACCH.

Requirements
