Responsibilities

  • Supporting patients with dementia and other health conditions to deliver personalized care and social needs
  • Administering medication and reviewing care plans
  • Implementing care and treatment plans in accordance with best practices
  • Liaising with healthcare professionals and families to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Providing therapeutic and holistic care to enhance patients' quality of life

Requirements

  • Valid NMC PIN and registration as an RGN
  • Previous experience in a nursing role, ideally with dementia or elderly care
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Compassionate, committed, and professional attitude
  • Experience in general nursing, hospital nursing, elderly nursing, or EMI & dementia care is desirable
