Job Title: Healthcare Assistant – Dementia & Elderly Care

Salary: £14.24- £27.36 per hour (DOE)

Key Responsibilities
- Providing personal care and support to residents with dementia and other health conditions
- Assisting with daily activities and implementing care plans
- Using manual handling equipment safely and effectively
- Offering companionship and emotional support to residents
- Supporting the delivery of therapeutic and holistic care
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months experience in healthcare or social care
- Experience with manual handling equipment in a live environment (training provided)
- A genuine desire to improve the quality of life for elderly residents
- Right to work in the UK
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and nights
