Key Responsibilities
- Delivering pre-set work and supervising pupils across a range of subjects
- Maintaining a positive, focused classroom environment and managing behaviour consistently
- Building strong working relationships with pupils and on-site staff while supporting safeguarding expectations
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience supervising or leading groups of young people (e.g., schools, coaching, youth work)
- Strong communication and classroom management skills in a fast-paced setting
- Enhanced DBS (Update Service preferred) or willingness to obtain one
