Job Details:
- Joining an open children's home that supports children and young people with EBD and challenging behaviours
- The service supports 1 young person, on a 2:1 support ratio
- Work alongside Support Workers, Seniors, Deputies and the Registered Manager
- Support at the home and in the community
- Ensure all support meets OFSTED and company standards
- Follow, update, and manage care plans
- The home is based in Levenshulme
Contract Details:
- Full-time, permanent contract
- Working on a 2 on, 4 off shift pattern
- £12.50 per hour
- + £45 per sleep
