Registered Home Manager
Location: UK | Salary: £40,000 Basic up to 20% Bonus

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the care home, ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Foster a positive, caring environment that promotes dignity, independence, and well‑being for residents.
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs.
- Support and motivate staff, providing leadership and guidance to ensure team effectiveness.
- Maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and external professionals.
- Ensure the care home meets all health and safety standards and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- Minimum of a Level 5 NVQ in Leadership and Management.
- Proven experience working in the healthcare sector at home management level.
- Strong leadership and management skills with a compassionate approach.
- Ability to balance high-quality care delivery with achieving business objectives.
- Driven, motivated, and flexible in approach.
