Responsibilities
- Engage with residents in a friendly, sociable manner in a lively, community‑focused setting.
- Support residents with daily tasks, helping them to develop skills and promote independence.
- Lead by example, demonstrating patience, consistency, and a caring approach.
- Foster a supportive environment that encourages self‑advocacy and personal growth.
- Participate in organising and supporting activities within the home and community.
- Collaborate closely with team members, volunteers, and family members to ensure residents’ needs are met effectively.
Essential Requirements
