Responsibilities:
- Act as Responsible Individual for up to six children's residential care homes in the North West.
- Line manage each home's Registered Manager, providing leadership and support.
- Ensure all homes meet company standards and OFSTED regulations.
- Lead on senior management recruitment and staff development.
- Collaborate with the SMT and HR department on staff management and organisational policies.
- Oversee the safe and effective management of each children's home, maintaining compliance and quality standards.
- Work proactively to improve service delivery and outcomes for children and young people.
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Responsible Individual within children's residential care.
