Job Description

Key Responsibilities

- Using assessment data effectively to track progress and inform teaching strategies.
- Supporting the school's inclusive ethos by promoting a caring and nurturing classroom environment.
- Collaborating with colleagues to develop curriculum plans and contribute to school improvement initiatives.
- Building positive relationships with pupils, parents, and the wider school community.
Requirements & Qualifications
- A recognised teaching qualification (e.g., QTS).
- Proven experience in a primary school setting, with a strong understanding of KS2 curriculum delivery.
- A caring nature and a passion for supporting pupils to reach their full potential.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, including an Enhanced DBS check.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and adapt to a fully inclusive school environment.
