An established specialist provider is seeking a dedicated Children's Residential Support Worker to join their team in Liverpool. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work within a 4-bed EBD children's residential care home, providing essential support to young people in a therapeutic environment. The Children's Residential Support Worker will be instrumental in delivering OFSTED-standard care, working collaboratively with support staff, seniors, deputies, and the home manager to ensure the well-being and development of the children and young people in their care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality, OFSTED-standard support to children and young people in a residential setting
  • Work alongside support workers, seniors, deputies, and the home manager to deliver consistent care
  • Support children and young people in participating in activities and accessing tailored support plans
  • Promote positive behaviour and development in a therapeutic environment
