We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Children’s Home Manager to lead a children’s residential service in Preston. This is an excellent opportunity for Deputy Managers aspiring to take the next step in their career or for seasoned Registered Managers looking to join a forward‑thinking organization. The Children’s Home Manager will be responsible for ensuring the safe and effective management of the home, supporting children and young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD) and challenging behaviours. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the children’s home, ensuring high standards of care and safety.

Requirements

  • Level 5 in Leadership and Management.
