Children’s Home Manager – Leicester

Full-time, permanent role with salary up to £70,000 (including up to £60,000 base plus bonuses and a £7,500 starting bonus).

Responsibilities
  • Registered Manager – responsible for the safe and effective management of a children’s home.
  • Support children and young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties and challenging behaviours.
  • Work with the Regional Inspectorate to maintain compliance with OFSTED and company standards.
  • Manage, recruit, develop and supervise the staff team to ensure child-focused support and positive outcomes.
  • Address safeguarding concerns and manage the home’s budget.
  • Ensure the service, rated Good by OFSTED, operates effectively within Leicester.
Qualifications
  • Level 5 in leadership and management.
  • Level 3 in children and young people.
  • Valid driving licence.
  • Deputy or Registered Manager experience.
Salary and Benefits
