Role: Senior Children’s Residential Support Worker / Deputy Manager Location: Multiple Positions available across Leicestershire Type: Full-time, permanent The Role: We’re recruiting a dedicated and compassionate Senior Support Worker / Deputy Manager to join a children’s residential home in Leicester. This rewarding role offers the opportunity to make a real difference to young people with complex needs, combining hands-on care with day-to-day leadership in a supportive environment.
