Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting classroom teachers to deliver engaging lessons across various subjects.
- Assisting individual students or groups to ensure they meet their learning goals.
- Promoting a positive and inclusive environment that encourages student participation and confidence.
- Contributing to the overall wellbeing and development of students, fostering a safe and supportive atmosphere.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- An NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning.
- Experience working with children or young people in an educational setting.
- Mandatory compliance with an Enhanced DBS Check and relevant safeguarding training.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to supporting student achievement.
