Interim Registered Manager – Children’s Home (Ofsted) Location: Daventry, Northamptonshire (on-site) Vetro Recruitment is working with a provider in Daventry to recruit an Interim Registered Manager for an Ofsted-registered children’s home. This is a hands‑on leadership role, with full responsibility for safeguarding, regulatory compliance and delivering outstanding outcomes for children. The role Lead the home day-to-day in line with the Children’s Homes (England) Regulations 2015 and Quality Standards Ensure the service is inspection-ready at all times (SCCIF) Oversee care planning, risk management and behaviour management practice Provide leadership, supervision and development for the staff team Manage stakeholder relationships (placing authorities, social workers, education/health partners) Complete required statutory reporting and notifications to Ofsted Pay
