We are seeking an experienced Senior Residential Support Worker to join a leading specialist provider in High Wycombe. Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of support staff to deliver therapeutic care tailored to each child's needs
  • Support the Service Manager in daily operational tasks to maintain high standards

Requirements

  • Minimum of 12 months experience in a children’s residential setting, with knowledge of child-centred and therapeutic models
  • NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Caring for Children and Young People (or equivalent)
  • Full UK Driving Licence is essential
  • Excellent communication skills, caring nature, flexibility, and resilience
