Job Title: Registered Manager – Adult Residential Services Location: Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire Salary: Up to £48,000 per annum + up to £10,080 annual bonus Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Vetro Recruitment are working with a leading provider to recruit an experienced Registered Manager to lead a 14-bed adult residential service in Haverfordwest. The service is made up of three separate provisions supporting individuals with Learning Disabilities, Mental Health needs, and Acquired Brain Injury. You’ll be supported by two Deputy Managers and a Regional Manager, with strong organisational backing and development opportunities. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and manage the day-to-day running of the service across the three provisions * Ensure high-quality, person-centred care that promotes independence, choice and respect * Maintain full compliance with CIW regulations, standards and best practice * Recruit, develop and retain a high-performing team (training, supervision, performance) * Drive continuous improvement, quality assurance, and positive outcomes for individuals supported * Build strong working relationships with families, professionals and external stakeholders Requirements: * Proven experience as a Registered Manager (adult social care / residential) * Background across LD / MH / ABI (one or more) and confident managing service quality * Good working knowledge of CIW legislation and inspection readiness * Strong leadership, organisation and time-management skills * Relevant qualification (e.g., Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Care Services) is desirable/beneficial Benefits: * Salary up to £48,000 * 21% annual bonus scheme * 32 days annual leave (including bank holidays) * Career progression opportunities across a wider group * DBS paid for (including renewals) * Ongoing training & development (award-winning L&D team) * Pension + wellbeing/EAP support * Staff referral scheme (£500 split) + employee recognition awards * Discounts (incl. high street / days out / etc.) via benefits schemes Apply: Apply today to discuss the role in confidence.
