Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire teams to deliver exceptional, person‑centred support in Gloucester.
- Collaborate with the PBS Team to develop personalised support plans tailored to individuals’ needs.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and support to Deputy Managers and staff to foster a positive team culture.
- Drive continuous improvement through feedback, reflective practice, and co‑production.

Requirements
- Proven leadership experience, with a minimum of two years as a Manager or in an equivalent leadership role within supported living.
- A strong track record of achieving success in local authority and/or CQC inspections, with at least a 'Good' rating.
- Essential qualification: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
- Experience supporting people with complex needs, trauma, and behaviours that challenge, using a compassionate, values‑driven approach.
- Excellent organisational, communication, IT, and financial management skills.
- Full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle and business insurance.
