Are you passionate about transforming the lives of young people? We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Children's Home Registered Manager to lead a new residential children’s home in Gloucester. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the children's residential home in Gloucester, ensuring compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement care plans tailored to the individual needs of each young person, promoting their safety, well-being, and development.
  • Supervise, support, and motivate a team of care staff, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.

  • QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management in Residential Children's Services or equivalent (or willingness to undertake within six months).
