Vetroare seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join aresource base at inCheshire. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work within a specialist provision supporting children with SEND, contributing to a nurturing and inclusive learning environment

Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the class teacher in delivering tailored learning activities for children with SEND.
- Facilitating effective communication and engagement for pupils with diverse needs.
- Assisting in creating a vibrant, inclusive classroom environment that encourages learning and development.
- Monitoring and recording pupils’ progress, providing feedback to the teaching team.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- An NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in supporting teaching and learning.
- Experience working with children with SEND in a school or similar setting.
- Mandatory Enhanced DBS Check and relevant safeguarding training.
- A proactive approach, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team and use your initiative.
