Key Requirements
- Minimum of 3 months experience working with children in schools, nurseries, or similar settings
- References covering the last two years (no gaps)
- Current DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one
- Right to work in the UK
Duties will include
- Supervising and supporting educational activities, sports, and arts and crafts
- Assisting children with reading, writing, and other classroom tasks
- Preparing classroom materials for lessons
- Supporting pupils in small groups and on a 1:1 basis, especially those with additional needs
- Assisting with behaviour management and classroom organisation
- Helping to create display boards of children's work
- Supporting on school trips and outings
- Engaging children through storytelling and reading support
