Vetro is seeking a dedicated and creative Early Years Learning Support Assistant to join our passionate team. Key Responsibilities
- Building strong, supportive relationships with a designated group of children and their families, acting as their primary advocate and guide.
- Supporting the delivery of the EYFS framework through creative continuous provision and structured activities that promote learning in English, Maths, and world discovery.
- Maintaining high standards of safeguarding by working closely with the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) to ensure every child's safety, happiness, and voice are prioritised.
- Collaborating with teachers and colleagues to create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating environment for all children.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Strong English and Maths skills to support foundational development.
- A creative mindset capable of adapting to the needs of children from diverse backgrounds and abilities.
- Resilience and positivity to thrive in a fast-paced classroom setting.
- A deep commitment to safeguarding and the welfare of young children.
- Relevant experience working with early years children is desirable.
- An enhanced DBS check and relevant safeguarding training.
