Support Worker – EBD Residential Care for Young Adults in Exeter

We are seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join a modern, semi-independent residential home in Exeter, supporting young adults aged 16-18 with Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). Key Responsibilities
- Encourage young adults to participate in activities and take responsibility for their lives
- Maintain a welcoming, friendly environment to promote positive development
- Manage challenging behaviours safely and sympathetically
- Protect young people from risks to their health and welfare
- Support independence and well-being through personalised care plans
- Ensure a safe and secure environment at all times

Candidate Requirements
- Experience as a Children’s Residential Support Worker or working with young people is desirable but not essential

- Full UK driving licence is essential, as transportation of young people may be required
- Must be over 21 years old and able to commute to Exeter
