Key Responsibilities
- Inspire and supervise a residential support team to deliver child-centred care that sets new standards.
- Develop and review bespoke care plans, ensuring each child's holistic wellbeing is prioritised.
- Manage budgets, staffing rotas, and resources efficiently to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Maintain high standards of safety and welfare through regular audits and feedback ensuring compliance with Ofsted and Children’s Homes Regulations (2015).

Requirements
- Proven management and supervisory experience within a residential children’s home.
- Deep understanding of Ofsted requirements, safeguarding procedures, and Children’s Homes Regulations (2015).

- Ideally, hold (or be working towards) a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare.
