Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the delivery of high-quality learning activities inside and outside the classroom.
- Assisting teachers in implementing personalised learning plans to meet individual student needs.
- Promoting positive behaviour and fostering a nurturing environment to help children thrive academically and socially.
- Contributing to the development of inclusive practices that support all learners.
Requirements & Qualifications
- An NVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent in relevant education support.
- Experience working with children in a primary school setting.
- Mandatory compliance with an Enhanced DBS Check.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
