We are seeking a dedicated Registered Children's Home Manager to launch a 4‑bedded residential care home in Crewe. Key Responsibilities
- Establish a New Home: Lead the launch, registration, and daily operations, creating a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment from day one.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, build, and mentor a skilled staff team to provide effective, person‑centered support.
- Quality & Compliance: Formally register with Ofsted and take full responsibility for ensuring the home consistently meets all regulatory standards and company policies.
- Individualised Care: Oversee the development of tailored care plans, ensuring every young person achieves positive outcomes.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: Proven experience as a Deputy Manager or Registered Manager in a children's residential care setting.
