A leading specialist provider is seeking a dedicated Children's Registered Manager to oversee a new residential service in Chorley. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a team in delivering therapeutic support to children and young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and challenging behaviours. The Children's Registered Manager will be responsible for ensuring the service meets OFSTED standards and regulatory requirements, fostering a safe and nurturing environment for young residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Register and maintain OFSTED registration as the manager of the residential home in Chorley.
- Work closely with the Responsible Individual (RI) to ensure the home operates effectively and in compliance with all regulations.
