An established organisation specialising in children’s residential care is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee four residential care homes in the North West. The role offers a competitive salary of up to £65,000, with additional benefits including a car allowance, performance bonuses, and a welcome bonus. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and effective management of all homes, maintaining compliance with legislative standards, and leading staff development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- The Operations Manager will oversee all aspects of operations for children’s residential homes in the North West region.
- This includes line managing registered managers, promoting high standards of care, and ensuring all homes are rated “Good” by Ofsted.
- The role involves working closely with the senior management team to develop strategies that support safe practice, safeguarding, and organisational growth.

Essential Requirements:
