Salary & Contract
- Up to £75,000 Package (including salary and performance bonuses)
- Full‑time, Permanent contract
Core Responsibilities
- Ofsted Registration: Formally register with Ofsted as the manager for both services.
- Compliance & Policy: Develop necessary company policies and ensure full regulatory compliance across both sites.
- Strategic Leadership: Work closely with the Responsible Individual (RI) to ensure both services are safe, effective, and achieve excellent outcomes.
- Team Management: Manage, recruit, and develop the staff teams across both homes.
- Operational Oversight: Oversee budgets, resources, and the referral process for both services.
