Children\’s Home Manager – Preston

Salary & Contract

Up to £75,000 Package (including salary and performance bonuses)
Full‑time, Permanent contract

Core Responsibilities

Ofsted Registration: Formally register with Ofsted as the manager for both services.
Compliance & Policy: Develop necessary company policies and ensure full regulatory compliance across both sites.
Strategic Leadership: Work closely with the Responsible Individual (RI) to ensure both services are safe, effective, and achieve excellent outcomes.
Team Management: Manage, recruit, and develop the staff teams across both homes.
Operational Oversight: Oversee budgets, resources, and the referral process for both services.

Contracts and Requirements

Compensation: Up to £75,000 Package (including salary and performance bonuses)
Contract: Full‑time, Permanent contract
