Children\’s Home Manager / Leeds / Up to £80,000 + BONUSES

This role is open to both Deputy Managers looking for the next step in their career or experienced Registered Managers looking to join a forward-thinking company.

  • Registered Manager
  • Responsible for the safe and effective management of a children\’s home
  • Supporting children and young people with EBD and challenging behaviours
  • Work with the RI to ensure the service is compliant with OFSTED and company standards
  • The home is a new, 3 bedded service
  • Manage, recruit, develop and supervise staff team, ensuring all children have child-focused support, creating positive outcomes
  • Manage safeguarding concerns
  • Manage the home\’s budget
  • The service is based in Leeds
  • Full-time, permanent contract

Salary

  • Up to £80,000
  • + up to £6,000 in rating bonuses
  • + £5,000 on completion of Ofsted registration
  • + £2,000 loyalty bonuse
  • + up to £2,000 quarterly occupancy bonus

Requirements

  • Level 5 in leadership and management
  • Level 3 in children and young people
  • Driving Licence
  • Deputy or Registered Manager experience
