Job Description

Vetro are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic KS1 Teacher to join a school in Cheshire. This temporary role offers an exciting opportunity to work within a vibrant, child-centred environment, supporting the development of young learners in a diverse and inclusive setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Planning and delivering engaging lessons that meet the needs of a diverse student body
  • Supporting children’s social, emotional, and academic development
  • Collaborating with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community to promote a positive learning environment
  • Monitoring and assessing pupil progress, providing feedback to support their ongoing development

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience teaching in Key Stage 1 (KS1) or similar setting
  • Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one)
  • Strong understanding of child development and the national curriculum
  • Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
