We are seeking an experienced Senior Residential Support Worker to join a leading specialist provider dedicated to delivering exceptional care and education for children and young people. Responsibilities

Requirements
- Minimum of 12 months' experience in a children's residential setting, with knowledge of child-centred and therapeutic models.

- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Excellent communication skills, caring nature, flexibility, and resilience.
